About Cloverstone
Cloverstone Gluten Free Bakery was opened in Ketchum, Idaho in December 2011 by baker Colleen Teevin. After loving and growing the business for over 12 years, Colleen started looking for buyers for Cloverstone. No one was quite the right fit and Colleen considered closing Cloverstone to focus on her other business, Six Creeks Mercantile. When Jeri Howland and Jerry Edelbrock heard that Cloverstone might close, the Jeriz jumped at the idea of becoming new owners. Both Jeriz are elite athletes, environmentalists, proud grandparents and lovers of local food. You can find them running, biking, hiking, skiing all over the Wood River Valley. They own Bungalow Munch organic granola: wheat-free, vegan, and organic. The Jeriz consider local food production an important solution to our climate crisis. They have been consummate consumers of Cloverstone rolls since its beginning and want to see the rolls and pizza crusts live on for many generations to come! |
